Do I need internet in the shop?
Yes. FLOWTZ runs in a browser so you can check your shop from home, from another branch, or from your phone. Any Android phone, laptop or tablet works — there is nothing to install. A basic mobile bundle is enough for the counter.
Is my data safe, and is it really mine?
Every client gets a separate database on our server — your numbers are never mixed with another shop's. We take daily backups, sensitive screens are locked behind a PIN, and every action is written to an activity log. If you ever leave, we export your full data and hand it to you.
Can you move my old records into FLOWTZ?
Yes. Send us your item list, prices and stock in Excel, a Word document, or even photographs of your book. We clean it up, import it and check the totals with you before you go live.
What if my staff aren't good with computers?
The counter screen was designed for exactly that — big buttons, few steps, Swahili-speaking staff in mind. We train your team when we set you up, and we're on WhatsApp when someone gets stuck.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash. You get an invoice and a receipt for every payment. No contract and no setup fee — if a month doesn't work for you, stop.
How long does setup take?
Usually 48 hours from the moment you send your data. Bigger shops with years of records take a little longer — we'll tell you honestly before we start.
